Function description
For our project department, responsible for the complete project management and turnkey delivery of all electrical related equipment, we are seeking a very experienced Project Manager who likes to work on complex and challenging projects with a total system responsibility. The position is located in our Headquarters in Westervoort, The Netherlands.
You manage large and technical challenging projects and have more than 10 year´s practical and theoretical experience in the field of electrical installation technique within the Marine and Offshore branch.
Your knowledge, experience and personal attitude gives you respect and leadership.
You recognize the needs of all the stakeholders such as clients, subcontractors and your team members and are able to translate these effectively into the correct measures and necessary steps to prevent and solve problems. Responsible for executing the project on technical, logistical and financial matters including:
- preparation of the project
- Purchasing
- Production
- Logistics
- Installation
- Commissioning
Financial and technical completion of the project within predetermined budgets and timelines.
Working in an internationally and technical environment.
Contacts on higher (technical) management level.
Prevent and solve operational problems in relation to the supplied product/project.
Work closely with Sales for the benefit of the commercial route before and during the project.
personal profile
You have more than 10 year´s practical and theoretical experience in the field of electrical installation preferably within the Marine and Offshore branch. Your knowledge, experience and personal attitude gives you respect and leadership. You recognize the needs of all the applicable stakeholders like clients, subcontractors and your team members and are able to translate these effectively into the correct measures and necessary steps to prevent and solve problems.
Good communicating skills both in Dutch as well as in English.
You have a HBO technical education level, Electronics or Energy technology.
Experience within an international environment.
More than 5 years of experience with project organization and dedicated programs.
Dynamic- and entrepreneurial personality fitting well in a relatively small and growing organization.
